Our company has been providing commercial property appraisals throughout the State of Indiana since 1978. DANIEL D. TUDOR, MAI
Senior Appraiser
Dan is a Certified General Appraiser and has been with AUA since 1998. Dan is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Dan holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Dan has specific expertise in appraising conservation easements and a variety of commercial and industrial properties. Dan is a co-owner of AUA.
JAY D. ALLARDT, MAI
Senior Appraiser
Jay D is a Certified General Appraiser and has been with AUA since 2009. Jay D is a graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs. Jay D holds the prestigious MAI designation from Appraisal Institute. Jay D has specific expertise in appraising residential properties, agricultural land, right-of-way takings and a variety of commercial properties. Jay D. is a co-owner of AUA.
JAY E. ALLARDT, SRA
Senior Appraiser
Jay has been in the real estate valuation profession since 1978. He is a graduate of Indiana University – Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.
Jay has been involved in many real estate organizations including the Appraisal Institute where he served as President of the Hoosier State Chapter in 1995. His involvement within the real estate industry in central Indiana extends to investment and development of commercial real estate in central Indiana. He is the former owner of a portfolio of 12 self-storage facilities. Other development activities include subdivision, golf course development, property management, apartments and historic buildings. His primary responsibilities include reviewing staff appraisers work, consulting with clients on a variety of specialized projects and doing appraisals as work flow dictates. Jay is also highly regarded as an expert witness for litigation tax appeal cases.
STEPHEN B. PARMERLEE
Senior Appraiser
Steve is a Certified General Appraiser and has been working for AUA since 1991. Steve is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Steve is a Candidate for Designation of the Appraisal Institute and has successfully completed the MAI Demonstration Report and two modules of the MAI Comprehensive Exam. Steve has experience in appraising a wide range of commercial properties with specific expertise in appraising golf courses, manufactured housing communities, medical offices and industrial facilities.
